Our Safety Deposit Box Service

New Zealand Vault provides a specialist safety deposit box service for the safe keeping of your valuables.  All safety deposit boxes are located within a treasury grade vault that has been built to the highest standard and is fitted with the most sophisticated multi-level security systems operating 24/7. 

We offer various sizes of safety deposit boxes in both Auckland and Wellington to ensure you can store all of your jewellery, valuables, collectables, documents, back-up devices, precious metals or other items securely.

All safety deposit boxes require two keys to open them.  If you’re based in New Zealand, we will hold one key required to open your box, and you will be provided with the other key required to open your box. (You’ll receive two copies of your key for safe keeping).

Once you’ve opened your safety deposit box with us, you will be provided with an access card and will be able to access the safety deposit box vault with your card during opening hours.

Our Wellington vault is open from 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). 

Our Auckland vault is open from 9am – 5pm 7 days a week (excluding public holidays).
